Dear Clients and Friends, We are told there are only a few certainties in life. Of course the most obvious of these are death and taxes. I also believe there is another certainty called change. How we deal with change, either as an individual or as part of a company, will dictate our ability to be successful. At Calsense, we proactively embrace change by seeking out new ways to manage the growing need to conserve irrigation water. Water is a precious resource that all of us need to take an active hands-on role in conserving. Calsense accomplishes this by forging partnerships with our end-users. We depend heavily on our own factory field service personnel to interact with our customers. This interaction helps Calsense to improve our products, which enables us to meet the increasing demands of the industry. The responsibility that Calsense has accepted is to make a "Water Management System That Works". Sounds easy, after all there are lots of companies who are making these types of systems. However, after being at Calsense for more than ten years, I've learned that pulling off a system that works is not easy. There are many factors that work against us. Calsense works hard with our customers to overcome these factors and the results speak for themselves - customers saying, "I got what I paid for - a system that works!" The growth of Calsense, in fact the growth of the irrigation industry, will only be achieved if we are all prepared to do our part to conserve water. By doing this we preserve the future for our children. It will be hard work and sometimes we will not be happy with the decisions that need to be made. However, I encourage all of us to do our part and embrace this change. We appreciate the opportunities provided to us with the relationships we have formed over the years. Each one of our customers is important to us, as they provide us with feedback and ideas that impact our goal of continuous improvement. You have my firm commitment that Calsense will grow with the industry and continue to be a catalyst for change. Sincerely, |
