Sensors

Calsense sensors are designed for use with all Calsense irrigation controllers to monitor real-time environmental conditions such as flow, daily weather, and/or soil moisture providing a powerful water management system that works.

Flow MonitoringFlow Monitoring

Calsense Flow Meters (FM) are used with all Calsense irrigation controllers to monitor real-time flow of potable or non-potable water, making them important management tools in detecting mainline and lateral breaks on an irrigation system. Real-time system flows are learned automatically at night when irrigation occurs so that accurate monitoring of breaks and problems occurs. One or more controllers can share one or more master valves, flow meters or pumps and the product can manage the number of valves operating based on irrigation system flow capacities.

ET GageET Gage

Calsense provides a simple yet powerful tool to monitor daily evapotranspiration with the Calsense ET Gage. Used with the ET2000e irrigation controller, the ET Gage measures daily evapotranspiration, and is used to automatically calculate station run times so the irrigation system can apply the exact amount of water required for current weather conditions.

RB-1 Tipping Rain BucketRB-1 Tipping Rain Bucket

The Calsense RB-1 Tipping Rain Bucket offers an accurate and simple way to measure rainfall when used with the ET2000e irrigation controller. Rainfall measurements are used to offset evapotranspiration (ET) losses and save users water and time by automatically adjusting station run times accordingly.

1000-S Moisture Sensor1000-S Moisture Sensor

The Calsense Model 1000-S moisture sensor provides the user with improved water savings by allowing the system to respond to real-time soil moisture conditions. The Model 1000-S moisture sensor is designed to send soil moisture readings directly to the Calsense ET2000e irrigation controller, which automatically modifies irrigation programming when proper soil moisture levels are reached.
